This is an alternative way of making green juice. I like to modify my recipes every week. My green detox juice now forms part of a healthy life style and diet.

Green Detox Juice Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • handful of kale, washed
  • handful of spinach, washed
  • handful raspberries, washed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250ml coconut water
To Serve
  • 2 tumblers
Equipment
  • Blender
  • Strainer

Green Detox Juice Preparation

  1. Add your spinach, kale, raspberries and chia seeds to your blender.
  2. Add 250ml coconut water and blend thoroughly.
  3. Sieve the blended mixture using a strainer to remove any left over seeds.
  4. Serve the drink mixture in glasses. Add ice if preferred.

💡Using a food processor would cut your prep time by half. As an avid believer in not staying too long in the kitchen. For this recipe, I used my NutriBullet. I also regularly use my Ninja 3 in 1 food processor. Other brands include Magimix, Kitchen Aid or Kenwood.
