I like to think of this spicy recipe as a perfect accompaniment to lunch in the autumn and winter months. It has all the benefits of a vitamin C boost for healthy hair, eyes, nails and dewy skin.
I love taking this as part of my make up routine. Normally the night before a big event. I find that my skin retains moisture and has more lustre. Better for make-up to be applied.

Carrot Juice Ingredients
- 500g carrots, peeled and cut in half
- 200g fresh pineapple chunks
- 3cm piece of fresh ginger
- 2 large oranges, juiced
- 1L water
Carrot Juice Preparation
- Add all ingredients to the food blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain mixture pulp with a sieve before serving.
💡Using a food processor would cut your prep time by half. As an avid believer in not staying too long in the kitchen, I regularly use my Ninja 3 in 1 food processor. Other brands include Magimix, Kitchen Aid or Kenwood.
